    Do not worry, your order is safe with us. If you have not received the Digital Gift Card details on your email after placing an order, please reach out to us at 080 6718 1401(All days 9am to 11pm IST) or drop an email to support@woohoo.in with the Order number or the 16 digit digital Gift Card number.
  • How do I cancel my Digital Gift Card?
    We are sorry to see you cancel your Digital Gift Card. The cancellation rules for each Digital Gift Card is determined by that Merchant’s and you can refer to the same in their terms and conditions
  • How do I purchase a Digital Gift Card?
    Buying your favourite merchants digital Gift Card is now easy. Jut visit <<merchant product page>> and enter your details, select the denomination of the digital Gift Card, and select your method of payment to complete your purchase.
  • How do I pay for the Digital Gift Card?
    You can pay for your digital Gift Card through different modes of payment, including credit cards, debit cards and internet banking.
  • Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
    Upon placing an order, we will send you a confirmation to you via an E-Mail and SMS.
  • How do I check the status of my Digital Gift Card order?
    Every order placed with us is provided with a unique order number. Your order number will be sent through email as soon as you place the order, along with the sales invoice.

  • Where are these Digital Gift Cards accepted?
    Usage of the digital Gift Card is dependent on the brand's Terms and Conditions. Digital Gift Cards are accepted in all the participating retail outlets of a particular brand. Any limitations or special cases will be specified in the 'Terms & Conditions' tab on the particular digital Gift Card.
  • Can I recharge my Digital Gift Card?
    The Digital Gift Cards are for single use only, but feel free to buy a new Digital Gift Card any time you want to!
  • Can I spend my digital Gift Card partially?
    This digital Gift Card can be redeemed only once and in full , in case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of digital gift card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer, No refunds or credit note shall be issued for unused part of the digital Gift card.
  • What is the validity of my Digital Gift Cards?
    The validity of the Digital Gift Card is 12 months from the date of its purchase.
  • What do I do if my Digital Gift Card is stolen or accidently deleted or if there is fraudulent transaction?

  • How do I safeguard my Digital Gift Card?
    The best way to safeguard your Digital Gift Cards is to keep the passwords that are created by you or your customers/beneficiaries on the Website, and the Digital Gift Card Pin, strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or entity.
  • How and when do I redeem my Digital Gift Cards?
    You can redeem your Digital Gift Card at the merchant store where you are making your purchase at the time of billing by presenting the 16-digit gift card number and the 6-digit pin.
  • Can I redeem more than one Digital Gift Card in a single purchase?
    Yes, multiple Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed in a single bill.
  • When  redeeming I get the following error messages
    • “Card deactivated” - This can happen when your digital Gift Card is either inactive or blocked
    • “Card deactivated, zero balance” -This can happen when your digital Gift Card is temporarily deactivated due to nil balance
    • “Card not found” - - This can happen when your digital Gift Card number is entered incorrectly.
